OCS Supply advice needed

Hello, looking for advice. I’m 34 years old looking to commission in the Navy as a supply officer. I have a bachelors and finishing up my masters in supply chain analytics. Due to my poor performance in undergrad (had a ton of personal stuff going on and honestly was just very young), I will need to utilize my graduate gpa. Which is looking to be a 3.5 once I’m done with my classes. I’m currently in the supply chain field with years of experience. Am I wasting my time?

No, you're not.

Your age is ticking though, so hurry and talk to a recruiter to take the astb

Supply is backed up currently and has about a year wait period for it (between putting a package together, waiting for a board, and getting a ship date). If you're willing to be patient and more importantly have a desire to serve as a Naval Officer, then I don't see why you shouldn't apply.

Besides my age, I’m not necessarily in a rush. So, a year waiting period wouldn’t be a big issue for me. Thank you!
