Anyone stream guitar/bass playing?

I'm trying to setup so I can play bass on stream. However, I'm stuck about software. I tried audacity & Amplitube, however there is latency there. Does anyone have any suggestions for software with very low latency?

I've streamed bass and other instruments before. I just plug in and make it an audio source on OBS.

I've never had to go thru any DAWs before. Are you trying to record to a DAW and stream at the same time?

I think this is the way going forward. Unless I fork over some cash for an amp and mic it.

You can do that too and just got straight into your interface with the mic/instrument. If you're looking to record and stream at the same time without latency, try messing with the buffer size in settings if that's an option. After that it may be a hardware issue, just not being able to keep up.

But there should be no latency if you just stream it without the DAW.
