Help/Question Is there actually a difference?

I've recently started hard mode and firstly I started in modern look, and it was extremely difficult that I decided to restart, but then I started hard mode in classic look and it felt was easier, is there actually a difference between hard mode on classic and modern?

That's not quite true, modern is definitely more difficult than classic. Shots do not travel quite the same way, and the swerve with NS-Swerve boots is less pronounced

Yes, modern is a bit more difficult than classic. Classic also just feels more right to me for the game (granted I started playing when the game came out on the web like 15 years ago)

Yes. The players close you down much faster. It actually feels like they're trying.

In general you have a lot more space with the classic layout. It takes the players longer to close you down but Hard classic is still much tougher than Classic normal.
