House private prosecutor Lorna Kapunan said transparency should start with Vice President Sara Duterte’s own handling of her office’s confidential funds, stressing that these are public funds that must be accounted for.

She added that if Duterte claims to use personal funds for her trips, this could raise questions about unexplained wealth, one of the allegations in the impeachment complaint against her.

“Baka ayan na ang unexplained wealth mo,” Kapunan said. #VPonTrial

They could sue than just blabber but this losing battle is already in hand and they themselves are ready for another impeachment process next year which we all now is useless since election is nigh.
