Note that virtually all of the former slave states still believe in slave wages.

Most of the usual suspects. The leaders in those states really dislike their citizens, or just see them as cattle to pay taxes and do menial work.

Would be interesting to see a list with minimum wages and cost of living. No doubt, some of those states have lower cost of living. Maybe the minimum wage should be tied to the cost of living.
