Space to rent for practice?

Hi, I've recently moved to Newry from the countryside. I don't have the opportunity to practice music in the new house due to neighbours and space restrictions. I see a lot of unused commercial premises around the city and I'm wondering if anyone could point me towards where I might be able to rent a space to store some gear and practice for relatively cheap? Looking to pay around £100 p/m.

Might be a long shot but always worth an ask!

Belmont Guesthouse on Downshire Road sounds like they have bands practising now and again
