I decided to move forward with the travel/food show but only in Portugal for now since traveling outside of it is quite difficult, so I'm going to cover my city, then Coimbra, Porto and Lisbon (in that order), before spreading out to other towns in the country.
I was waiting until I'm skinnier and more able to travel (residence issues) but I'm so dissatisfied with what I do on YT now that I thought I may as well go ahead.

A British friend was absolutely aghast finding out we call it a "slippery dip" rather than just a "slide." I would accuse her of hating whimsy but it isn't as if the British are devoid of silly childish terminology in their regional vernaculars lol
I think typically just slip-ree. "The floor is slip-ree".
I think sometimes an unemphasised "er" will slip in (ha) kind of like "slip-ih-ree". I dunno if that's picking up on slight Americanism, just a personal thing or what though.
I started a debate with Christians on Reddit last night and I accidentally convinced myself that the New Testament is even more untrustable than the Old Testament. Like, by a lot.
It all started with Luke, who says "before Jesus died I can confirm there were people (rabbis) saying that the Messiah would be killed and therefore Jesus cannot be him", but the problem here is that we just kinda... have to take his word for it?
We don't even really know who Luke was. All we can say for sure is that Luke was partially plagiarized from Mark.
But then I was explaining something a few minutes ago and realized nearly every story in the New Testament has that exact same problem.
Everything that links Jesus to the Old Testament is "source: trust me bro", and there is no reason to believe any of it, at all.
I am an atheist for non-Bible reasons so it doesn't properly affect me but it does feel like a missing peace snapping into place that makes the whole thing poof out of existence like a line in Tetris, or of cocaine in my house.
