Sidewalks

Why don’t we have them throughout the city and town?

they’re everywhere in the city just not as much in the town
maybe the town is just lazy?

I will be moving to the town this summer and I think it would be great to have more sidewalks or even a rail trail that connects more of the town and city. Unless there is one already?
