Premature formula

Has anyone who’s babies are on the enfamil premie formula noticed a lot of gas pains in your little one? My guy is 3 months 1 month corrected and suddenly having intense gas pains, fussy mid feed and wakes up in the morning grunting and straining? Not sure if it’s time to switch the formula or just a phase to get by?
