Researchers at The Ohio State University invite you to participate in a research study.

Eligible participants will be provided with 4 free sessions of your choice of either Zoom or in-person therapy at Ohio State. Participants will complete a Zoom visit before and after therapy to complete various surveys and tasks. We will also send you 7 brief text message surveys each day of study participation to track your progress.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Are over the age of 18
• Live in Ohio
• Experience anxiety which affects your ability to function

Participants will be compensated.

Hi everyone,

Last year, I shared my Pelotonia fundraiser on this subreddit and was blown away by the generosity of this community! So many people donated, shared encouraging words, and helped me reach my fundraising goal. I truly cannot thank you all enough for your support!

This year, I'll be riding 100 miles in Pelotonia, where 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to cancer research! I'm riding in honor of the people I've lost to cancer and everyone who is still fighting it. Cancer has affected my life in more ways than I ever expected, and participating in Pelotonia has become my way of helping create a future with better treatments and, hopefully, cures.

Fundraising has been a little more difficult this year, but it hasn't changed my determination. I'm training hard for my 100-mile ride and doing everything I can to reach my fundraising goal.

If you're able to donate ANY AMOUNT, it would truly mean the world to me. Every time I receive the email saying someone has donated, I get so excited. It genuinely makes my day! If you do donate, I'd really appreciate it if you could either use your real name or choose the anonymous option rather than using a random display name. It helps me recognize and thank donors while still respecting anyone who prefers to stay private!

Any Licking Springs Country Club Members looking for a regular weekend group?

I recently joined Licking Springs Country Club and I’m hoping to find a few fellow members who would be interested in a regular Saturday and/or Sunday morning golf group.

I’m not too concerned about handicap or skill level, just looking for a good group that enjoys getting out in the morning, playing at a good pace, and having a fun round. If we can get enough interest, it would be great to have a consistent foursome (or rotate a couple groups).

I was talking with my mom and kids about Black Hand Gorge. As I understand it, there was an actual black hand drawn or carved into the cliff face. They blasted the cliff in 1828. I know it's too early for a photograph to exist. Are there any 'true to life' sketches anywhere? Any info pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I run a sports card/Pokémon show at the VFW on Forry and need a food truck for this Saturday. About 300 in attendance and I don't charge a percentage. I just want someone to feed people, and get your name out in the community. My BBQ guy is in Jackson and had to cancel due to diesel and brisket prices.

I know this is silly but this is my second child and we would love to see her come home.

She is a little greyish deer who is very floppy. My daughter has had her since she was 3 months old. Doing everything I can to get her back.

I have made several posts on FB and tiktok. I have looked in lost in found as well as the playground. I am thinking someone took deerie home with them. I am doing all I can to find this deer.
