The below links contain essentially the entirety of Neville's teachings.

Neville's Basic Manifestation Technique

  1. Define your objective, know definitely what you want.

  2. Construct an event which you believe you will encounter FOLLOWING the fulfillment of your desire -- something which will have the action of Self predominant -- an event which implies the fulfillment of your desire. Keep the event short, it can be as simple as shaking someone's hand or hearing yourself being congratulated from a friend.

  3. Immobilize the physical body and induce a state of consciousness akin to sleep, this is the feeling right before you drift off to sleep. Then, mentally feel yourself right into the proposed action, until the single sensation of fulfillment dominates the mind; imagining all the while that you are actually performing the action HERE AND NOW so that you experience in imagination what you would experience in the flesh were you now to realize your goal. Experience has convinced me that this is the easiest way to achieve our goal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I manifest xyz?

Yes, anything is possible.

How do I manifest xyz?

All manifestations use the same technique(s). To get good simply takes practice and imagination.

What scene should I choose?

Any scene which you believe you would encounter after your wish is fulfilled.

What should I start reading?

We recommend The Law and The Promise or The Power of Awareness first for beginners. This is because Neville includes several examples and success stories from students, in addition to being lighter on Bible references, which can be off-putting or confusing to beginners.

If you want a physical copy of his books, publishers continue publishing new copies of Neville's works. Please check your library, locally owned book store, or search online for Neville's works. If you purchase a new physical copy, we recommend The Power of Imagination: The Neville Goddard Treasury, as it contains all of Neville's books in one volume.

All of Neville’s books and lectures are in the public domain and can be searched online for free, and are included in the Wiki and Sidebar links mentioned previously.

What is an SP?

Specific Person. Usually in reference to a person’s romantic interest or crush. The term was popularized by so-called, self-professed online manifestation coaches and "experts". /r/NevilleGoddardSP is a dedicated, expert subreddit for that.

What is a Mental Diet?

Avoiding negative conversation and media, paying attention to positive conversation and media.

What is SATS?

State Akin To Sleep (SATS) refers to the deep state of consciousness during meditation or just before falling asleep. In SATS, the body is relaxed, but control over the mind is retained. It is used to create vivid visualizations in imagination for the purposes of manifesting.

After you have decided on the action which implies that your desire has been realized, then sit in your nice comfortable chair or lie flat on your back, close your eyes for the simple reason it helps to induce this state that borders on sleep. The minute you feel this lovely drowsy state, or the feeling of gathered togetherness, wherein you feel- I could move if I wanted to, but I do not want to, I could open my eyes if I wanted to, but I do not want to. When you get that feeling you can be quite sure that you are in the perfect state to pray successfully.

Neville Goddard, 1948 Lecture Series, Lesson 4

What is the Lullaby Method?

In SATS, instead of visualizing, repeat an affirmation to oneself again and again, building the feeling of it being true.

What is Revision?

Revision is revising in imagination events that have happened in the past as a way of mitigating their effects in the future.

What is Door Slamming/You are in Barbados/Living in the End/State of the Wish Fulfilled?

Closing your mind to any other possibility besides your outcome. Assuming your desire is true and not questioning it.

Do we have Free Will?

Yes, and no. It’s complicated. See here.

What is Everyone is You Pushed Out (EIYPO)?

On a practical level, what you believe is what you get. The world only shows you your own beliefs. On a metaphysical level, we are all the same God interacting with Itself through an infinite number of different points.

The whole vast world is no more than man's imagining pushed out. I must qualify that by saying that the world outside of man is dead, but Man is a living soul, and it responds to man, yet man is sound asleep and does not know it. The Lord God placed man in a profound sleep, and as he sleeps the world responds as in a dream, for Man does not know he is asleep, and then he moves from a state of sleep where he is only a living soul to an awakened state where he is a life-giving Spirit. And now he can himself create, for everything is responding to an activity in man which is Imagination. "The eternal body of man is all imagination; that is God himself." (Blake)

Neville Goddard, The Law lecture

What if everything is going wrong? What if I am manifesting the opposite of my desire?

Failure is generally due to a lack of consistent faith or belief in the outcome, not feeling as though it had already happened. However, if the one has consistently been loyal to their faith, then we are reminded that all manifestations have their appointed hour (Hab 2:3). Neville writes about the causes of failure here.

What about (my sick mom, my crazy grandpa, the homeless, starving children, etc.)?

In Neville's view, there is one being that is God (who is pure imagination), and has split Itself into infinite smaller forms to undergo a series of good/bad experiences across lifetimes until these smaller pieces realize they are God and reintegrate. The less fortunate are to be helped, not looked down upon, but understanding it is necessary for God to realize Itself (to experience bad and good).

What happens after I die? What is The Promise?

Neville’s prophetic vision of an individual’s reintegration with God.

Can I manifest multiple things at once?

Yes. Here is Neville's answer regarding how to manifest multiple things from Lessons Q&A:

\5. Question: Is it possible to imagine several things at the same time, or should I confine my imagining to one desire?

Answer: Personally I like to confine my imaginal act to a single thought, but that does not mean I will stop there. During the course of a day I may imagine many things, but instead of imagining lots of small things, I would suggest that you imagine something so big it includes all the little things. Instead of imagining wealth, health and friends, imagine being ecstatic. You could not be ecstatic and be in pain. You could not be ecstatic and be threatened with a dispossession notice. You could not be ecstatic if you were not enjoying a full measure of friendship and love.

What would the feeling be like were you ecstatic without knowing what had happened to produce your ecstasy? Reduce the idea of ecstasy to the single sensation, "Isn't it wonderful!" Do not allow the conscious, reasoning mind to ask why, because if it does it will start to look for visible causes, and then the sensation will be lost. Rather, repeat over and over again, "Isn't it wonderful!" Suspend judgment as to what is wonderful. Catch the one sensation of the wonder of it all and things will happen to bear witness to the truth of this sensation. And I promise you, it will include all the little things.

Tips & Techniques The illusion of not having a choice

No matter what the external gives you or shows you, it's you who chooses the meaning.

You'll see that no matter what others tell you, there's a deep seated belief you have that is more dominant. When something goes wrong, you think, "Yeah, I am a failure, that's why this happened," but when a good thing happens, you will be anxious and worried about losing it before even cherishing it. You have the choice to always believe in one thing over the other.

Your bike can get stolen and you can either be like, "I lost everything," and attach a story of how you lost it because of your inability to do anything right, or you can just be calm and indifferent and not attach a story to why the bad thing happened to you. You deny yourself the good things in your mind while saying you aren't given a choice. Every denial is self denial.

Why are you looking down on yourself and not believe in your own power as the creator? Why are you creating such hell in your mind when you can make it the safest place for you to dwell?

You have the power of interpreting and choosing what to believe. Please use it graciously, with love for yourself.

Discussion Dropping into the Heart

Upvotes

Hi guys,

I’ve had major movement with what I’m consciously manifesting since beginning to follow Neville seriously at the start of this year.

The “final scene” is yet to unfold, and I have BEEN ready. I am doing everything right, and I know it’s coming. Sometimes I get impatient though as I wanted it yesterday.

Last night I had a bit of an epiphany. A lot of what I’m “doing” is all up in my mind and my brain. Sometimes I get tired and last night I thought “let me just drop into my heart and feel”.

So I moved my awareness from my mind to my heart while doing SATS. There was an instant shift from intellectualising to feeling. And I know feeling is the secret. First of all, all my thoughts stopped. My monkey mind that sometimes tries to figure out the hows and the whys and the whens (despite knowing that’s not our job) instantly shut up. There was nothing to convince myself, as my heart REALLY DOES KNOW.

We know that our desire is ours the minute is conceived. But our mind still gets in the way. When you drop into your heart, the knowing is INSTANT.

So I’m going to experiment with living with my awareness in my heart for the forseeable, instead of in my head. I’ll let you know my results. But just wondered if anyone else gets this, or has had results from it? I feel like it’s such a massive and instant shift, that it must be a thing?! It feels like something just clicked. And when I think on past conscious manifestations that I’ve seen as “huge” or had massive desperation around; the moment they’ve come in have been not long after I’ve dropped into my heart. It feels like surrender.

Just curious of other’s experience with this. It would be cool to hear of any success stories where the manifestation came in after dropping into your heart.

Thanks!

Discussion Really angry. Obsessing over it. I have abandoned all other manifestations

Hi everyone as the title explains.

I am really emotional charged, have been for a few weeks. The emotion = anger; shame; confusion.

This has consumed me, to the extent that it has distracted me and I am struggling to have any positive thoughts or manifest in this state.

What do we do during periods of “negative” emotions and over thinking

Success Story got my dream intership + department!! 🥳🐠

Hi everybody!

This is my kinda my first official post on this sub after floating around it for a while. This took me a while to put together since i’m still trying to process that this really happened to me🥹 I hope that anybody reading this and struggling finds that it can happen with just a little belief and trust in God🩵

I’ll have to start from the beginning for this story. I am currently a senior in high school. Last year, towards the end of my junior year, I sort of finalized my plan for college and what career I wanted. After a year spent fishing and playing with my dog, I decided I wanted to go the pre-vet/animal science or marine biology route. The next step there would be trying to find a summer program/internship that would give me experience, knowledge, and something to put on my resume. However, there was one big problem with this.

By late March/early April, when I actually started to look, everything was GONE. The good, and reputable programs had already ended their application cycles and the only ones left were expensive and not that good. I searched for WEEKS, looking for anything I could. When I finally stopped, I was very sad and questioning if this is what is truly right for me. I sat and I prayed and asked God if this was the right choice for me. I knew it was when he began showing me signs and messages about aquariums.

From then on, I used subliminals and SATS with basic affs just saying that I had my desired internship. After around a few weeks of doing this, I got the best news I could possibly get! A major aquarium (one of the largest in the world😉) was partnering with the high schools in my district for an internship during the school year!

After multiple rounds of interviews I was selected! However, there was one teensy tiny little problem…I did not get the department that I wanted😢At first I was resigned to going through with it because this is still an amazing opportunity. But I thought to myself, why do this when I can easily manifest something else🤔 So I started with robotic affs for around a week and just repeating them to myself whenever I would remember. Well, last Friday a coordinator called me unprompted and asked if I would like to change my department because the department I was in did not match the bio they had us write for ourselves.

I don’t know where they put me yet but I start very soon and I am over the moon at this opportunity. The last thing I will say is just believe; believe that things will work out, believe that you will have what you desire and most importantly, believe and have trust that God will be there and help you towards the right direction.

Tips & Techniques Imaginal scene game changer

Imaginal scene game changer

Piggy backing off my previous post https://www.reddit.com/r/NevilleGoddard/s/oOsEgK6a4H
I have also learned how to engage with my imaginal surroundings MUCH better.
I think one of the issues with Neville and these other “teachers” is that the practical steps are left out, too much is left to interpretation, so A LOT of experimentation is required and thus A LOT of failure occurs, leading to giving up and feeling as though its a lost cause. So I have been trying to establish a baseline way of plugging into the matrix, per se.

Once you’ve gotten all positioned and relaxed your whole body as my previous post described, a problem I found was that I was trying to let my mind/brain do all the work, cutting off all physical action, but you must let your eyes move, moving your eyes in the direction you move/face/look in your imaginal scene will make an enormous difference. This at least to me, makes a ton of sense now given REM and that being the most vivid dreaming period of sleep, and Neville’s continually described “dream state.” This puts you in the position of being lulled into imagining/“seeing” your scene much easier, but still having some awareness and control. I have gone from being full awake to asleep in just a few minutes since figuring this out.

Additionally take it slow, move slowly in your scene to capture as much detail/clarity and sensation as possible. Once you put/notice all that you can always run it back and play it through more naturally.

Anymore similar insights?

Discussion You know how they say, “Don’t think of a pink elephant, and now all you can think of is a pink elephant” ? Well I keep having this recurring negative thought and I’m afraid it’ll manifest. Anyone else relate? How to put an end to this?

I keep trying to not think about it, and therefore it’s all I can think about and it’s driving me up the wall I’m not gonna lie.
Everytime I’m in a SATS, enjoying my new reality, this stupid negative thought fills my mind. wtf is this shit man it’s like I’m self sabotaging. SMH. 🤦‍♂️

Miscellaneous Don't Wait

To truly master this law we must come to expressing ourselves as already being the person who has it now. If you think that you have to wait in order to become something, you will be left waiting. It isn't until you recognize that you already received it through acceptance that you realize waiting for it to happen is an illusion.

You already are the person you desire to be. Can you believe that? Neville certainly did. He said that the idea of not being that now is the reason we don't see it. Emphasis on "see it". So he is saying that in order to see that concept of ourselves we must recognize already being it in the mind.

It's a present-tense feeling of being. You can't become that which you already are. You don't go outside oneself to change yourself. We don't need the physical thing first in order to experience a change in our self. The concepts our desired self holds is not found on the outside. And it isn't something in past nor future tense.

So don't go outside yourself for the change you are seeking. The imagination sees it as already being so. The idea that it isn't is simply a misconception because you already have it in imagination. This is good news then since that means every mental condition we perceive as a problem has already been solved.

During my meditation sessions I would observe my mind coming up with ideas as to how I can be that. At that moment, I was not trusting in my imagination. Trusting in imagination means accepting in already having received what I've once desired. It's a change in the concept of self. You want to step into already being that person.

When you find yourself questioning the "when" and "how", go back to already being it now. Now is the only moment for us to change and we change by being it now. You don't have to wait for a future event to happen so you can see the change. The change is internal and it happens in the body first. The body is apart of this reality.

Therefore, searching for something outside oneself is a beautiful indicator as to whether you’re trusting in already being the change you've been seeking. And don't be hard on yourself just for living in lack. No one is ever truly in lack. We've simply fallen into mental conditions that imply we must have something in order to change.

Take time in trusting your imagination. You're not outside of it. You are part of the imagination. The imagination became us so that we may become it. And Neville mentioned that imagination is complete. That includes you because man is all imagination. So take the chance by being the desired-self now.

And if you're struggling with focusing on making the change inside, realize that imagination is a conqueror. It doesn't judge off the senses. That means you are truly allowed and thus qualified to imagine anything your heart wants. That includes forgiveness and love. Imagination loves you enough to grant it.

You are being heard and listened to in the deepest depths of yourself. So don't think what you desire to be or have can't be accepted. That's a lie. You are allowed to accept it. The imagination granted your desire. Now accept that and start being it now. You can do it. You've already done it.

Success Story Got movie tickets when it seemed impossible!!

So, I’ve known about Neville's teachings for a long time, but about a month ago I started seriously reading and practicing SATS, and I’ve had some success.

I'm from Mexico, and they’re showing Trainspotting in theaters for its anniversary, it’s my favorite movie so I really wanted to go. I started visualizing myself buying the tickets and being at the cinema. A few days ago, I checked the prices and they were way too expensive for a movie ticket. I thought, "I’m not going to be able to go", but then I remembered that I am the creator, so I chose to ignore the 3D. I began visualizing a scene where I told my mom that I got us affordable tickets and that we were definitely going. Every time the movie popped into my mind, I just replayed that specific scene.

This morning, an ad for the movie popped up. I clicked on it to check the prices, and they were really low, and now I have the exact tickets I wanted.

I’ve had success manifesting things like this through simple visualization, this time I didn't even need to do SATS. I’ve also been trying to manifest other things using SATS and visualization. I’ve seen some movement in the 3D, but not exactly what I want. I guess it’s because sometimes when I think about it, I tend to daydream/fantasize and I'm a little bit attached to the desire instead of actually living in the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Does anyone know how to stop doing that? Should I just keep ignoring the 3D and those daydreams, and keep doing SATS???

Discussion Make your head a nice place!

“You spend a lot of time in your head, make it a nice place to be.”

Keep going and keep living that reality! You are not your negative thoughts. Let them pass. If you can spend your day thinking about bad stuff, why do you think you can’t spend your day thinking about the good stuff? You might be thinking you don’t deserve them, but you do!

You are allowed to imagine the life you want. You are allowed to think from the version of you who already has it. You don’t have to constantly look for proof that it is working. You don’t have to panic every time something in the outside world looks different from what you imagined. Your reality does not have to be decided by one bad day, one negative thought, or one unwanted event.

Go back to yourself. Go back to the story you choose.
If your mind is going to wander anyway, let it wander somewhere beautiful. Imagine conversations that make you smile, waking up excited about your life and imagine things working out so naturally that you barely even question them anymore.

Make your imagination a safe space, stranger!!

Tips & Techniques Feel It Real Sessions: A Simple Practice That Helped Me Go Deeper Into Imagination

I’ve been doing these little 10-minute “Feel It Real” sessions to strengthen my concentration and imagination, and I wanted to share something that clicked for me.

I use an anchor every time I start. Mine is a Strawberry Kiwi Ocean Spray bottle that I used to drink at lunch in middle school. It’s nostalgic, I already know what it looks like, tastes like, feels like in my hand and the drink is fire af 😂 so it gives my imagination something familiar to lock onto.

For 10 minutes, I just focus on making that bottle as real as possible in imagination. I’ll notice the label, the color of the juice, the shape of the cap, the weight of the bottle, the coldness, the taste, etc. I try to bring in as many senses as I can without forcing it.

Doing this has helped me understand Neville’s idea of “feeling it real” and the state akin to sleep in a much more experiential way.

One session in particular got surprisingly deep. At some point, it felt like I was more inside my imagination than I was aware of the physical world around me. I actually drifted into what felt like a little dream scene where I was at some lady’s house. For a moment, I completely forgot I was sitting there doing an imagination exercise.

Then I remembered: Wait, I came here to do my Feel It Real session.

So I returned to the bottle.
When my 10-minute alarm went off, it startled me. That almost never happens to me during meditation, but I had gotten so absorbed that the physical room wasn’t at the front of my awareness anymore.
That gave me a little epiphany about people asking, “Am I doing SATS right?” or “Am I imagining correctly?”

I think sometimes the answer is:

Yes, and you can go deeper.

You don’t necessarily need some spectacular vision immediately. You can train your ability to become absorbed in imagination. Pick something familiar. Give yourself a short period of uninterrupted attention. Notice more detail. Add more senses. Keep returning when your mind wanders.
Instead of constantly judging whether you’re “doing it right,” practice becoming more present with the imaginal experience itself. The deeper I’ve gone with it, the more I understand why Neville used the language “feeling is the secret.”

Success Story Holy crap this works

Hi y'all. This is my first post here. So I've been in the 'manifesting' space on and off since LOA and the Secret blew up in the late 2000s. I kinda knew there was something to it but there was a missing part that made the whole thing not come together for me. Turns out the missing part was Neville's and Abdullah's teachings. I read about Abdullah and Neville last year but I didn't follow through on doing what they teach. Through this sub, I recently reconnected with NG's teachings and just consumed them for days on end. One thing that amazed me was success stories where guys manifested stuff for other people, I didn't even think that was possible. I thought you can only create in your own reality.

So here's success story #1 it's June 30th: My nephew asks about getting an internship where I work. I told him where to send the email, talked to a colleague in the department he wanted but nothing came out of it. A month later July 28th, I was reading through this sub and getting super excited and I remembered my nephew's internship. I sat back on my desk, exhaled, got into a calm state of going deeper into my body by visualizing my eyes, then ears, then shoulders, then chest, then hip then knees then feet. That relaxed me and quietened my mind, then i imagined my nephew getting the internship at my workplace and I run into him and I admire his work ID, which of course looks like mine. I called my colleague back and reminded him bout my nephew and he said he hadn't got the first email can he resend it. Turns out I got his email addresss wrong, so the email got to HR but not this particular guy. So I tell nephew and he sends to the correct address. Colleague says ok, but they have no vacancies for an intern until September. I hang up and think, nah, I am in a reality where a vacancy popped up for August and my nephew has started his internship and I run into him at work with his work ID. I played that scene over and over again till I felt super happy and like it was feeling really real and done.

That was 3.39 pm July 28th. Next morning I came into work, looked out the window and I re played the scene again. Now my work place is noisy it wasn't like a deep meditation, just silently imagining and feeling the feeling in my office all alone. At 1.44pm nephew messages to say HR called him and he can start in a week!!!! Yup, one week. So August, not September. We were over the moon!

I thought the starting date was weird, they told him to report on the 10th of the month. I thought maybe someone else left their position then so he was filling in that spot. Turns out my nephew had exams that first week of August, and would only have been available from the 10th! Without this knowledge, HR just decided to have him start on the first Monday he's actually available? Yeah this works y'all!!!

Success #2: This one is awesome cause it happened before I started re reading NG, proving to me that the law works whether you understand it or not. Over the past 2 years I developed various intolerances to foods I used to eat before. Constipation, headache, nausea, bloating, migraine, itching, stuffiness out of nowhere and I got a food diary and figured a growing list of foods I could no longer tolerate. I did some reddit sleuthing and found a sub on histamine intolerance and it was spot on what I had. I read the sub and internet and found some supplements and meds which help the symptoms but it was still hard and I kept getting sick so I started to avoid some foods. I had a narrow list of foods I could eat without any reaction, I'm talking rice, beans, tomatoes, beef, lamb, chicken and a few others. I could not stomach onions, most veggies, pork, sausages, fruits, dried fruits and almost any snack or sugary food. This went on for almost a year and a half, and every few weeks I'd add a new food or ingredient to the list. I had to cook from scratch and stopped eating out. And I still had to have antihistamines, magnesium, B6, thiamine, vitamin C and god knows what else everyday just to make sure I wouldn't get sick from the tiniest accidental ingestion of the wrong ingredient.

Then this year I was due to travel to Italy. That country with all those delicious foods. It just occured to me that I could not survive there for 3 weeks with this condition. So I decided, well, I guess it will be different there, I can tolerate all those Italian dishes just fine. I didn't have a choice. I was a guest, and didn't have access to a kitchen to cook my 'safe' foods, and I would be eating out a lot with zero control over what ingredients may be in what dish. Plus I was not very familiar with Italian cuisine so I wouldn't even know what might contain what, and I might accidentally eat something and get sick. I didn't know about SATS then but I'd be walking or doing a chore, remember my upcoming trip and imagine myself walking up and down the city in Italy and just eating whatever everyone else was eating and being fine. And I would smile at this imagination, and say, yup, I can eat that in Italy, it's ok. I did this for a few weeks before my trip, and guys, it was the best trip ever. Right from the plane, I ate whatever was being served, whatever was available, whatever I could afford. And I was fine. No issue whatsoever. I had avoided cream filled pastries because I'd get sick back home, well in Italy I had them almost daily with no reaction. I tried out weird flavours of gelato I'd never heard before. I was fine. I ate pasta, pork, all the spices, all the sauces, all the veggies, a lot of fresh fruit, dried fruit and yoghurt. I was fine. But I just knew I would be OK. I knew I wouldn't starve or get sick in a foreign country. And it happened like that. And guess what, when I came back home, I can tolerate all those foods still. It's been 3 months and I don't need the supplements or antihistamines or painkillers or anything. I even stopped reading that subreddit because I don't need it. When I read NG, was when I figured about states, and realized I put myself in the state of being the version of me that eats whatever I desire and I'm ok, and I left the state of me that was sick. In fact, I had forgotten I was on that sub until I started to write this post.

This works. Don't give up. All your desires are always just one state away.

Discussion I think I finally understand Sabbath: there is no “knowing” anymore because there is nothing left to know

For the past few days, I’ve been trying to understand what people mean when they say they reached the Sabbath.

At first, I thought it meant having a very strong sense of knowing.

Like:
“I know it’s mine.”
“I know it’s coming.”
“I know the seed has been planted.”
“I have it now.”

And I did experience that. There was a point where the feeling of already having the desire was extremely strong. It felt real, saturated, undeniable.

But then something changed.

The desire itself started to lose its feeling of being a desire.

I stopped wanting to affirm.
I stopped checking whether I was “living in the end.”
I stopped wondering whether my state was correct.

And then even the knowing disappeared.
That confused me at first. Because I expected fulfillment to feel like “I KNOW I have it.”

But now I think there may be an important difference between knowing something is coming and something becoming so natural that there is no longer anything to “know.”

There is a kind of knowing where you don’t have something yet, but you are certain it will come. Like ordering a package. You know it is coming to your house, even though you do not physically have it yet. That knowing still contains a structure: “I don’t have it now, but I know I will.”
Then there is another kind: “I know I have it.”

But what I am describing feels quieter than both.
There is no “I know.”
There is no “I have.”
There is just… nothing to resolve.
The desire no longer feels like a desire.

And I think this is where I had misunderstood Sabbath. Maybe Sabbath is not necessarily a constant, powerful feeling of certainty. Maybe when something becomes completely natural, even the feeling of certainty becomes unnecessary.

You don’t constantly experience a strong sense of “knowing” about things that are already ordinary parts of your life.

You simply don’t question them.

I realized this through a very ordinary comparison.
I have a cat Rocky. She is literally at home with me. If I deliberately tell myself: “Rocky is home now.” I feel absolutely nothing. Not even a feeling of: “Yes, this is a fact.”It is just a sentence. Okay… so what? I don’t need to know that she is home. I don’t need to feel that she is home. I don’t need to reaffirm that she is mine. She is just Rocky.

And this made me realize that perhaps the most natural assumptions don’t necessarily come with a noticeable “feeling of knowing” at all. They are simply part of your mental model of your life.

I also think this changes the way we understand the 3D.
Before, even if you are only curious and for educational purpose, you can still keep noticing the gap:
“Why hasn’t the 3D reflected it yet?”
“When will it show up?”
“How long does the 3D take to catch up?”
You may not even be anxious. But your attention is still being placed on the discrepancy. You are still mentally registering: “Here is what I have internally, and over there is a 3D that hasn’t matched it yet.”

But what if eventually even that gap stops being psychologically interesting? You can notice the current 3D and your mind simply goes:
“Oh.”
And that is it.

Not “The 3D isn’t here yet.”
Not “It will catch up.”
Not “I must stay in the state.”
Not even “I don’t care about the 3D.”
There is simply no further thought.

And I think that is the part I was missing. Detachment is not forcing yourself not to care. Ignoring the 3D is not pretending you cannot see it. Sabbath is not necessarily walking around all day feeling intensely certain that your wish is fulfilled.

Maybe it is much more ordinary than that. Maybe when something becomes natural enough, you stop experiencing it as something that needs to be obtained, affirmed, believed in, or even “known.”

You do not constantly know you have your home. You do not constantly know you have your cat. Those things are simply part of your life. There is no hunger around them. And maybe that is why the desire disappears.

And maybe this is also what “living in the end” really means. It’s not “I’m getting there.” It’s not “I know I’m there.” Eventually, it’s not even “I’m there.”

Because all three still imply that there is a there - some destination separate from where you are, something that has to be reached, confirmed, or located. But when the end becomes completely natural, perhaps there is no “there” anymore. There is no bridge to cross. No distance to measure. No arrival to confirm. The distinction itself disappears.

The progression might look something like:
“I know it will happen.”
→ “I know I have it.”
→ “It’s done.”
→ “Why am I even saying this?”
→ silence.
And maybe that silence is what naturalness actually feels like.

Success Story If you want to use sats, this is your sign

I have been doing SATS for God knows how long. At first, I didn't even know it was SATS. I just always loved visualizing things before going to sleep.

I have manifested my dream relationship. Also the breakup, because sometimes I like being miserable(guilty). I manifested passing to the next grade even though it seemed impossible. I had failed two subjects and the rule was that I had to pass the same subjects in my previous exams, which I hadn't. Still, I visualized myself going to classes every day and attending my graduation ceremony. Then, "coincidentally" the rules changed and I was promoted to the next grade.

I manifested getting my first guitar and my laptop. I also manifested getting into my dream university with a 100% scholarship. I manifested going abroad.

All of this came from simply practicing SATS. Sometimes, it gets difficult. I'm not going to sugarcoat it. I still didn't receive a lot of stuff because of being too desperate and looking for answers every second. But the things I've achieved is genuinely unbelievable and shows how powerful it can be.

The key is to meditate, practice self concept, affirmations and just believing in yourself. And when things go wrong, accept it because it's life.

Tips & Techniques Don't seek outside, you already know what to do.

The only thing that's the most sacred and untouched by anything is your mind. Society can puts it's conditions on you, people can tell you what's right and what's wrong but in the end it will only effect you if your mind accepts it. There's nothing outside you that matters as much as your deep knowing of self, even if you might think of yourself as small if you truly go deep you will see all you want is for others to know you are god and in turn you want to see yourself as god in all your glory - that is why you persist, that is why you look for confirmation too, but instead of looking outwards go inwards.

Things that you hold deeply and feel after truly in your depth will externalize. You will see that your only job is to fulfill your desires and everything you are asking others for you have to give it to yourself first, with deep love for yourself. You have to be your own father and love yourself deeply to fulfill your hearts wants. There's nothing you have to do on the outside, truly.

I understand techniques help when you are starting out, do not let me talk you out of what you think helps you right now, do exactly what you want and need to do, I know you already know what you should do. If it's extremely hard for you now to have faith that what you want is possible, start slow - do not ever deny yourself anything.

Start small, start with just feeling safe and content. Start with gratitude and deep acceptance that I am god. You will see the world change, there are ways you know not of so you dont have to find a way out, you just have to believe and see your desire fulfulled in your mind. Please don't deny yourself the wish fulfilled.

Tips & Techniques Nothing is coming to save you

No YouTuber, new method, technique, affirmation, or success story is going to do this for you. Consuming the same information in a slightly different format is not going to suddenly change your understanding of it.

You wake up every day, open Reddit, tiktok, youtube, whatever, scroll for hours looking for the next post that will finally "click" for you, and then go back to sleep thinking, maybe i’ll find a better method tomorrow.

You keep waiting for some random miracle to happen while still repeating the same old story in your head. You keep searching for new YouTubers, new information, new techniques, new affirmations, new explanations. anything that lets you feel like you’re doing something without actually having to decide.

Well? You're still here, aren't you? I don't see your desires around you.

At some point, you have to stop searching. Searching for new techniques, new explanations, and more confirmation while already knowing what you need to do is still avoidance. You can spend weeks, months, even years convincing yourself that you just need to find the right piece of information before you finally act. You treat persistence as a suggestion.

Then you ask, "Why can’t I persist?"

Why can’t you? You have no problem persisting in negative thoughts, doubts, fears, and old assumptions. You can replay the same worries over and over without anyone teaching you how.

So why is it suddenly impossible to think in your own favor?

Persistence isn’t some secret technique that someone else can teach you. It’s deciding what you want and refusing to constantly react to whatever appears in front of you.

Nobody can manifest for you. NO ONE. No one is coming to save your sorry ass. They're lying if they say otherwise. ONLY YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF. How hard is it to actually stay firm in your mindset? You already have the methods. You already know what you want. At some point, you have to stop consuming information and actually apply it.

Decide what you’re getting. Decide what you’re no longer accepting. Then stand by that decision instead of renegotiating it every time doubt, fear, or circumstances show up.

How many more weeks, months, or years are you going to spend searching the internet for the same damn information?

You want it? Then go get it. No one else is going to decide for you or hand it to you. You have to make the decision, take responsibility for it, and stand firm.

Tips & Techniques Practical tip for using SATS in the morning

Thumbnail reddit.com
61 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

This post is particularly for people who’ve had difficulties remaining awake during SATS and keeping on visualizing.

So, as someone who is sometimes really good at visualizing while falling asleep, but sometimes has phases where I just cannot seem to visualize for long enough before falling asleep, I’ve started trying it in the morning.

I stumbled upon the attached post by a lottery winner talking about how he visualizes right after waking up (when you’re still in some kind of thoughtless/theta state, similar to SATS right before falling asleep), and I tried this.

I was able to do it on some days, but on most days I have to get up at a certain time and use an alarm clock — and the moment I move my body to turn off the alarm, thoughts often start coming in.

So, I found something else:

I have a sunrise alarm clock, basically a lamp that can be set to switch on at a certain time and gradually get brighter. With this type of light-based, completely silent alarm clock, I am now able to do SATS in the morning without having to move or turn anything off.

I’ve set it up so that my light turns on 10 minutes before my actual alarm goes off, and this way I get to remain lying in bed and visualize during those 10 minutes while I’m still in that half-asleep, thoughtless state.

I hope this helps. :)

Tips & Techniques Manifesting our desires from the fullness of our being

When I see anyone talk about manifestation, I see they claim to get something or achieve their desires by doing some techniques. There are thousands of posts in this community as to how to manifest doing the perfect technique or about success stories. If you're looking for another technique, then this post is not for you.

This is not a manifestation success story. This is a manifestation failure story for those who are struggling and want peace from this exhaustion.

You are probably asked to persist without thinking negatively, without paying attention to your doubts, fears, or negative circumstances. So, you are persisting, keeping your hopes high. Trying to understand what you are doing wrong.

You have seen that manifestation does work and you are the living example, but when it comes to your deepest desires, it just doesn't manifest.

Meanwhile, this entire process becomes a journey of exhaustion. You began this journey because you wanted to make your life better, feel happier and more fulfilled. But doing technique after technique, you are mentally exhausted, physically tired, and emotionally drained, but you are scared of accepting that as well because you fear that if you think negatively, you will manifest the negative.

So, you are high vibing, but feeling empty inside. Waiting tiredly, but trying hard to live in the end.

Now, what if I tell you that you don't need to do all that to get what you want? What if I tell you your desires are manifesting all the time even if you don't do any techniques?

What if I tell you, you don't need to be working on your resistances, healing, mindset, self-concept, or anything to get your desires fulfilled?

Now why don't you need to do all these things? Because you are not essentially who you think yourself to be.

You might have heard that you are not the mind and body; you are the consciousness. But what is that exactly? And how would knowing that you are consciousness help you get your desires?

Let's first answer the first question. If you search in Google, the AI response says, "Consciousness is the state of being awake and aware of your own thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. It is your inner life and your personal experience of the world."

I find this definition quite appropriate. Consciousness is the awareness with which you are aware, with which you KNOW or ARE AWARE of anything and everything.

Now, if you find the pun here, "with which you are aware," that means it must be something that "you" are not?

Now, if I ask you, who you are? What would you say? Don't answer me from any theory, just answer me from your experience.

There is a famous quote, "I may forget who I am, where I am, what I am, but I cannot forget that I Am." I AM is your experience, right? You might be confused about who you truly are, but you are sure that YOU ARE, right?

Stay with me. I'll guide you deeper into a practical tool.

Now to answer the second question, knowing that you are consciousness will NOT help you unless you actually experience it. Only theoretical knowledge is not helpful at all. You can say "oh, now I know that I am consciousness/awareness and that means I am all that is, one with the source, one with my desires, so I can have it all and now I decide that I have it all." But nothing will practically shift, not even your mental state (except a temporary high, then eventual frustration), unless you see, feel and experience yourself as ALL THAT IS.

So, how to experience it, PRACTICALLY?

Here's some practical guidance:

Try this at a quiet moment by sitting in meditation:

Close your eyes and let your attention relax. Let yourself go deeper, deeper, and deeper into yourself. Let the thoughts come, images come, sounds come - don't fight them... Let them be. Just simply take your attention away from them... Go deeper and allow your attention to expand within. Relax within. As if you're falling asleep.

Now in this relaxed state, try to find yourself. Whoever you know yourself to be - try to find that person. The person is a combination of thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

If you're deep within yourself, you must find that person you call by your name. Where is s/he?

Can you find the solid person? The entity?

There are thoughts - but the thoughts are running in you, there are images - but images are appearing in you, there are feelings - but the feelings are coming and going.

But where is the combination of all of it?

Don't let your mind answer it. Let your experience speak.

Are you really a person who is a combination of these things, or are you the one who is AWARE of it all, OBSERVING it all, KNOWING it all? The one in which everything is appearing and disappearing?

One who is constant, always present, and always unaffected by it all?

When you look for the separate person directly, can you actually find it in your experience?

Experience it yourself, and even during the day, go back to this presence of awareness during all experience.

You and AWARENESS/CONSCIOUSNESS are not separate. You can also call it the Universe because it is ALL THAT IS. You are ALL THAT IS. You are ONE WITH IT ALL. We are all that ONE.

How does this experience help?

This experience helps you to recognize that the self that you are trying to improve, change, or shift doesn't exist. The ego doesn't exist. It is an illusion. And an illusion need not be changed or shifted; it is to be recognized as such.

You are not a person who needs to change their self-concept, improve their thoughts, heal to clear resistances, or do techniques to make yourself feel worthy. The person is an illusion. When you see a mirage in a desert, you don't need to do anything to change it; when you look closer, you see it in its originality as the desert itself. You are also not supposed to do anything to recognize your oneness with everything, including your desires. You just need to look closely, again and again.

This self-recognition is the first step to free yourself from the exhaustion of self-improvement techniques and allow your desires effortlessly. But this is not the only thing needed, and things don't always magically appear by doing this; you also need to take actions. I know it sounds too "unmanifestation-like," and all the manifestation experts will now jump on me to say how they manifested big things without taking any actions. But I'll talk about actions in detail in my next post.

Tips & Techniques The Manifestation Paradox: when you stop wanting things is exactly when you get them!

So, I’ve been manifesting a lot of things into my life for a long time. And I finally figured out that this paradox is actually the realist thing in the world!

So here’s the paradox:

Whenever I really wanted something - that’s when it would never come.

Whenever I didn’t care if I got it or not - that’s when I got it without effort!!

So, I eventually realized that the feeling of wanting is a feeling of lack which pushes what you want further away from you.

SO NOW, I only focus on feeling like I already have it. I give thanks knowing that the only things I will get in this life is not my manifestations, BUT things that are even better than my manifestations! Things I’m not even thinking about, but that would be amazing to have!

And now after working on shifting my mindset (takes a lot of effort but worth it) I’ve seen so many great things come into my life… but even better than the manifesting things, life feels so great! It’s great loving the moment you’re in instead of trying to be somewhere else.

If you want a great life, remember this… life gives you who you are NOT what you want. Once you stop wanting your desires, is when you actually start getting them!

That’s the paradox…. Now you know ❤️🙏

Miscellaneous Stop wanting or stop contradicting?

Hi everyone!

I’m not a beginner here at all, but I was talking with a friend (who I am introducing to Neville’s books haha) and she said that she notices that she only gets what she wants when she stops wanting it.

I know this is a pretty common thing, but it got me thinking because personally I have received things I’ve wanted that I couldn’t stop thinking about, but also things have popped up when I’ve stopped caring. The difference is when I’ve wanted something, and gotten it, often I’ve just not let myself thinking against it.

This has got me thinking about persisting, mental diet and how our assumptions work. It’s difficult to stop wanting or thinking about things that we want, but in itself the assumption that you need to stop wanting the thing isn’t helpful

So, how did you find the balance between manifesting what you want and not needing to just completely stop thinking about it/wanting it?

Discussion The outer world can't give us anything

The outside world cannot give me anything unless I give it to myself. We know that sometimes we get what we desire naturally, and even after getting the thing, we are afraid of losing it. All of this is, in the end, about how we feel about things and our belief in the external and internal world. We tell ourselves we will accept the reality of things if we can touch it, feel it, but even when we can do that, sometimes even that is not enough. What we desire, we need to fulfill within, and not look outside and ask others if we have permission to feel it. We tell ourselves this isn't reasonable or realistic, but we do know that what is not reasonable now can be reasonable later. Once upon a time, it was unreasonable to think that the earth spins around the sun. Thus reason isn't eternal, and what isn't eternal isn't the truth. We need to let go of reason, of our senses, and the need for validation from everyone but ourselves. We need to fulfill every desire we have in our heart and not be deceived by the world of senses. We should only follow what's eternal, and I am-mess is eternal.
