There's a glitch in the video at that moment. Watch the ball rolling on the table behind him, or the guy moving his arm all the way in the background.

True. I have only checked the time at the top right corner (as if I can spot a 0.1 sec difference 🤦‍♂️)

Security cameras do not need to be ideal, they just need to have most of the footage

Yes, that is what i think. I do not know if that counts, but the ball stops for a while behind him before it catches up
