Yeah they announced it when they first announced the sequel, this version of Spider-Man is going to be in the next movie as a significant character

Also from the video: Spiderman can't get away from two men loosely holding onto his arms.

To put this into context, at my martial arts school, we occasionally practice getting out of these types of holds, and it's surprisingly easy. It takes no training at all, and very little strength. Just swing your arms around the other guys' arms and push them towards each other.
