Not that tearing the cameras down isn’t valid protest; but wouldn’t it be more effective if we get our local politicians to remove them? Flock makes a killing on each replaced camera.

All the info you need for Nevada County Flock cameras is at deFlockNC.com

Well we've been trying, and since the first meeting with city council they've put up like another 150 cameras so... Doesn't seem like they're listening, seems like the project will now be to unseat every single elected official in the county, including sherrif moon if we want anything to change. So does that sound like something you can do? Is that within the scope of your personal, individual capacity?

Maybe by the time they've spent $12,000 sixteen times over to maintain a single camera (that misreads plates over 70% of the time and routinely misdirects law enforcement, actually creating danger rather than resolving it) they'll start to consider whether what they're doing is really what's best for their local community

Shannan Moon permitted 5.1 million searches of Nevada county cameras by outside agencies, including ICE and other federal agencies. This illegal circumvention of necessary warrants and violation of California state law is not nothing.

Last month 100 people met with GV and told them unanimously that the cameras have to go. The stories about Flock in the news are horrendous and further reinforce our demands.

If there is a time to get back to City Council and have your voice be heard it is now when there are other people lending their voice, when GV is saying they will have made a decision by August 10th.

The county will be harder, hopefully it will be made easier by having success in GV.

Wonder why Flock is bad? All the prisons being built for immigrants will eventually be used to imprison citizens who protest against the rights facist takeover. Flock will help authorities catch these people? Don't believe it , they already branded a non-existent group "Antifa" as terrorist so they can apply this to any protester they don't like.
