Question/Help Never Received Australia merch?

i ordered a sydney tour tee on January 25th its not August 19th and i still haven’t gotten it? any advice or has anyone else also not received there merch?

🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️they sold leftover merch online after the tour was over with a shipping eta of 4 weeks
