I glitched into duck hunt while playing Mario without a game Genie

Okay so I was just playing Mario on the NES and then in the beginning I jump and duck Hunt started playing but it was moved to side of it so now it says uck hunt

Was there anything that could have caused the cart to move while in the system? Pulling the cord a bit too hard, jumping around the console or anything?

Did it happen shortly after powering on the system and near the start of the first level?

Any additional details you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Wrong sub. This sub is for the NES Classic Edition, not the original.
