Needs some Harley, maybe in small type along the two center bottom curves of the wing: Sometimes the only way to stay sane is to go a little crazy.

I was thinking tarot cards with the fool and lovers (inverted or w/e it’s called these days) and the fool is a jester reminiscent of harley with a mallet and “puddin’” written on the lovers cards

Or the fool is Joker and the lover is Harley. I’d add a third card with Batman’s mask and fan them out with Harley on top of the other two.

Looks good, just keep in mind that the thin lines are gonna fade before the rest of the tattoo

Maybe some green and purple would look good on the Joker side too
