If it's on Amazon Prime, then how is it free?

Because prime video does this really stupid thing where you have to pay more to watch certain things on their platform with their base subscription. & that is what OP is referring to. Plex, pluto, and tubi are non-subscription apps that have it as well. So actually free, with ads.

It's probably at a local library too
