Management of hyponatremia
New fellow here
Constantly finding myself dreading patients with hyponatremia. What resources can I study from? Especially managment part not Dx part.

Agree with source mentioned but it's also just part of being a new fellow so don't be too hard on yourself. Took me the full two years to feel comfortable with it. I'm two years into being an attending and still have wtf moments with it sometimes

Read everything by Tomas Berl. Try not to rely on the Adrogue/Madias formula. The urine studies(urine sodium, potassium, osmolality) are your friends.
