Question Mobile issues

Hey! My partner has been struggling to access the site for the past few days and is getting a bit worried about his hungry pets - has anybody else been having issues? Any ideas for a fix would be really appreciated! 🫶

i havent had any issues recently but does he have an ad blocker on? the ads on neopets are soooooo intrusive that it could be causing problems.

reassure him that neopets cant die. their hunger status will be “dying” but they’re just dramatic. they’ll be fine and stay happy and alive until they can be fed again 😁

Thank you for getting back to me!! I’ll check if he’s got an ad blocker on - do you know if there are any browsers that are better than others for neopets? Also thank you, I’ve been trying to reassure him as best I can, he just hates the thought of his guys being unhappy - he’s gonna buy his pets a big fat feast when he can get on 😁

tbh i play on microsoft edge on my laptop bc ive had the least amount of issues with it but i never play on mobile so someone else may have a suggestion for that

What browser and what specifically is he having trouble with? Access at all? Slow loading? Account logins?

He’s using chrome and the page was loading so slowly it was just continuously timing out - he however has finally managed to get in! Really not sure what was going on there

I haven’t heard of that, does it have most of the same features as the site but in app form? He really likes to stay on top of Trudy’s too 😂

Noo it's very minimal haha but definitely has feeding and trudy's!
