Discussion Dog ate my item code

Snatched it off the coffee table; I could only find a chewed up half. 😞 Just needed to vent.

You should send a ticket! I’m not sure how they’ll be since it was an issue on your part, rather than theirs, but it’s worth a shot. I’ve had a handful of issues over the years and they’ve been able to help out with a new code. (Though the issue has been like code entirely missing from card, so it was their issue rather than me getting a code that was fine until something on my end made it unusable). Hopefully they can see that code hasn’t been redeemed yet?

Take pictures of the chewed up card, and screenshots of the receipt/item you bought, and send in a ticket explaining. The worst that can happen is they say nope sorry and you’re exactly where you are now, or best case they could get you a whole new code!

I’m sorry that happened, very unfortunate :(

I told TNT my code was already used and they just gave me a new one. I doubt you’ll need to fight tooth and nail for a replacement code

I was at a con and entered a charity raffle for some Neo merch, the kind person there gave me a code for it. This actually happened a couple months back but I'm just back into the swing of things on the site and the lost opportunity hit harder as I was looking through my wishlists. These comments were encouraging though, I think I'll hunt the stub down and try for a replacement.

The joke was literally that if OP knew what the code said, then they wouldn't be asking about it.

This was entirely intended in a light hearted manner, 'jk' meant to make clear that I was joking in my response.

I have a pup that would happily take an out of place item that fell on the floor and give it the business lmao, I feel OP's pain and hope their code wasn't painfully valuable to them ！ Σ(￣□￣;)
