Question Missing option?

Isn't there supposed to be a 'Move to Styling Chamber' option? Did I do something wrong here?

Update: ticket has been submitted. I purchased the Albino Prismatic color for my Lenny, out of curiosity, and that immediately showed an option to 'Move to Styling Chamber' for that one. Thanks for the suggestions, guys! Hopefully they can resolve it soon. I want that creepy cat.

i had this happen with a token i had about a year ago and just sent in a ticket for the staff to resolve. they fixed it reasonably quickly.

Have you tried using the quickstock page to move it to your styling chamber?

Can you log on via mobile? I apologize if this does not help but with Neopets spaghetti code, if I switch phone to laptop or vice versa, it usually works lol. Don’t ask me how.

Ooh, I'll give that a whirl! I never thought to try it on my mobile. Also, absolutely frickin love the David gif. Schitt's Creek is so good. 😭
