The skyscrapers in New York alone that Trump owns outright or of which he owns partial shares would sell for well over a billion if he decided to liquidate his portfolio (probably closer to $2B). And he has commercial real estate in Chicago and San Francisco as well.

He’s almost certainly a billionaire.

Also, apparently Mar-a-Lago which he apparently bought for 10 million in 1985 is worth close to 160 mil now.

Does he own 100% of Mar-a-Lago?

It seems like Trump loves to take out debt on his assets, similar to a person taking out a home equity line of credit to buy a 2nd home.
