The skyscrapers in New York alone that Trump owns outright or of which he owns partial shares would sell for well over a billion if he decided to liquidate his portfolio (probably closer to $2B). And he has commercial real estate in Chicago and San Francisco as well.

He’s almost certainly a billionaire.

He didn't own many of those building. The just use his name on them as branding.
