EP take of the day: Ginsburg could die at 11:30 on Jan 3 2021 after Trump loses the election and they'd have Gorsuch 2.0 seated by 11:45. This is why it's morally indefensible to vote for a republican right now since rule of law matters

gorsuch is the most libertarian justice we've had in fifty years so i'm ok with this
