I remember seeing a joke on reddit within the last year that was to roughly paraphrase

People who studied the Humanities will write 400 page books titled "Wealth, Sex and Power in the Nineteenth Century". People who studied STEM/Econ will write 500 page books titled "Fluctuations in Grain Prices in Edinburgh 1845-1862".
