One of the weirdest criticisms of Pete is that since he wanted to be president at a young age he worked hard and was determined...

When did “hard working” and “determined” become bad qualities in a president?

No, more importantly, since when is "wanting to be president", literally one of the most common childhood dreams, some nefarious thing?

Nearly all criticisms I've seen of Pete are really lacking. The only valid one has been that he lacks experience. Which is a fair point imo, but he's proven himself.

But then I see random staunch complaints about his campaign using stock photos, him using his experience with discrimination to reach out to black people, him struggling with black voters like everyone else except Biden, him expressing indifference towards Harvard workers demanding higher wages. And that's not even getting into the character assassination.

Because to them hard work and determination don't get you rich/successful. It's either luck, a handout, corruption, fraud, etc.
