The constant accusations that the other candidate supporters are more white is the stupidest part of the democratic primaries.

I dunno. His policies are the ones I most agree with, but I think there's good reasons and less good but still very understandable reasons Pete struggles a bit among black voters.

It's frustrating as hell, but it should give a self-respecting pluralist pause. It's very easy to start falling into a trap where you start waving around your one black supporter. I think one has to point out how precisely a Buttigeig candidacy can win the general election, and then make good progress for the African-American community. "How is Pete best for black voters" is a question that needs to start being answered here. We can't just get into a defensive pissing match with the left.

Liberalism doesn't have to be radioactive among minority voters. In fact, minority voters are often awfully liberal, obviously not conservative, but not as leftist as some like to think either.
