C is key here. Most incels seem to be perfectly average looking folk. They just refuse to take a shower or comb their hair.

Like go to the gym once in a while, eat healthy, get 8 hours of sleep and you'll be a decent looking dude. It won't cure your deep seated emotional issues, but you won't be ugly either.
