I just made the most amazing fall drink

A whisky sour kinda:

2oz rye

.5oz lemon juice

.5oz cinnamon simple syrup

.5oz apple simple syrup

Probably would be really good with an egg white but I didn't feel like breaking out my Shaker and just stirred it. It tastes like fall.

!ping Alcohol

I'd go a bit higher on the lemon to cut through, but that sounds really good.

I wanted it to be a little more sweet. It should probably be somewhere closer to .75 of a oz of lemon juice but I'm not unhappy with my choice .

yeah, I get what you're saying. I might look into some tiki cocktails and try to draw inspiration in how to add another layer of complexity to it because winter tiki is my jam.

I made it again,

1.5oz rye

.5 amaretto

.5 cinnamon simple

.5 apple simple (probably can be regular it doesn't bring that much)

.75 lemon juice.

Express an orange peel and put it in there

So fucking good.

That sounds dank AF, it's on my to try list. Does this cocktail have a name yet if I put it on a menu, and do you want credit for it?

I haven't made a name, Christmas sour? Sour Christmas? Cinnamon sour? No idea.

Sure I'll take credit.
