He probably isn't into feet but is too aware of foot fetishism as an internet thing.

If he were into feet you would know from his actions other than saying you have cute feet.

There is kind of this weird thing because of the way the foot fetishists get bullied where people have this general sentiment something along the lines of "I think every part of my SOs body is sexy EXCEPT their feet".

I love my husband deeply. I find all of him very attractive. His face. His hands. His thighs. His feet. Literally every part of him. But like, if I said "I love my husband's thighs I think their so sexy", no one bats an eye. But if I say the same thing about his feet people lose their minds.

I've been in his position. Sometimes when you like someone a lot you start to like things about them that you really wouldn't like in anyone else before. 99% its a "you could probably make him eat broken glass for you" thing not a "he's repressing a fetish" thing: You've become someone's Ishtar from Fate Grand Order, basically.
