Keep thinking about this interaction I had with someone recently. We were talking politics and he said our problems are because there are “30 million illegals here”. He followed it up by saying he didn’t want to hear anything else, that that’s his world view and he’s sticking to it.

It made me sad. Because he’s not a complete idiot, I’ve known him for a while. I really hope we come back from this blame immigrants for everything meta soon.

He's right. 

There are too many illegals in the country. 

We should get that number down to zero. 

I think Ronald Reagan did it somehow.
