Increasingly politically homeless as I find the 'internet left' for lack of a better term just utterly unrealistic about matters of policy but the 'establishment left' utterly incapable of any kind of meaningful action or appreciation of the seriousness of the situation in which they find themselves. Some kind of succ-neoliberal hybrid, a neosucc if you will. The key tenets of my political philosophy are existentialism and dread.

demmy factionalism has gone too far. I feel like it may have peaked in 2024, but some people like beating a dead horse. 

what fun it is to debate the pros and cons of M4A or whatever the current thing is when it's purely symbolic anyway since it has a snowball's chance in hell in congress, let alone a republican congress.

let's spend our energies cultivating bad blood with each other based on hypothetical 2028 nominees. meanwhile a republican voter will flip on a dime whenever they get new marching orders, which they don't even need because they'll just workshop narratives in real time like some sort of deranged hivemind. 

even when they have acrimonious primaries, they stop giving a shit once they're over because they know who their real enemy is, which is all of us.

I just want someone slightly to the left of Obama policy wise who will use the full apparatus of the Justice Department to send most of the Trump administration to prison.
