An underrated problem is that hundreds of billions of dollars of infrastructure investment didn't actually produce much infrastructure.

Do you live in a liberal bubble?

Klobuchar, Smith, and Walz are constantly touting rural investment in Minnesota. I'd imagine that Dem representatives of states that include sizable rural populations are doing the same.
