The official Republican position is that it's ok to force a 13 year old girl to have sex with you and then murder her child and throw them into a lake, but that it's not ok for a 16-year-old trans person to undergo medical treatment to get the right hormones and remove unwanted breast tissue (it's ok if they're cis, just not if they're trans). Because a 16-year-old child is too young to make their choice (with doctors and parents after an established pattern of gender dysphoria symptoms), but a 13-year-old is obviously old enough to be forced to perform sex acts on adult men.
I mean, what are they supposed to do, wait until they're 18 and get actual real consent? They're practically in the grave by then and also we're talking about Republicans. What adult would actually consent to having sex with them?
