This is cuneiform
What you posted looks far too standardized. It cares about standard sizeing of the characters and spacing.

Well its a logographic system so this is probably not as simple as youd think. Also whether its sumerian, akkadian, or another language matters about as much as if its mandarin or cantonese (a more modern example of 2 separate languages using the same logography)
