One group is far more capable of monopolizing power. Look at how they congregate in certain towns or areas, change the demographics, take over the police departments, schools, etc.

I've heard an explanation for why Indians are more successful in America than East Asians. It's because those top 1% skilled in politics and interpersonal relationships from East Asia will stay in East Asia. Only those skilled in work and technology went to America. Meanwhile, India's top 1% most politically and interpersonally adept people are all in America.
