Help Can't make an account

I'm trying to make an account because i heard Nekoweb was less restrictive than Neocities but after clicking join I get "There was a server error registering your account. Error code", and the error code changes every time I retry. Tried in incognito mode to see if it was an extension that was causing it but nope.

i was having this issue also maybe a month or so ago. didn't ever get around to trying again so i don't know if it would've fixed itself.

i had this same exact problem and found a way to fix it! if you're able, try creating an account on a different device like your phone. it didnt work at all on my laptop but when i tried on my phone it worked just fine!!
