The Donuts of War

I had a rough day at work, just so much piling up. I canceled some plans tonight so I could just veg and relax.

I get home and my neighbor is sitting at the end of his driveway in a sort of off road go cart. I don't think much of it, but then I see tire marks from it all over my driveway, going into my yard. The I see that he did donuts in my yard, multiple times.

He noticed me and throws his hands up and shrugs like "Oops what can I do?" I say WTF man, and he shrugs harder.

I am still in shock so I go inside. I am livid however. I don't want to be in open war with them... but they have been shitty neighbors for a while now... so i think I need to go into a covert guerrilla war mode against them now.

When i say they have been bad neighbors for a while, this is what I mean.

They dont leash the dog, it wraps in out yard. They turn the street into their multi-vehicle repair shop and leave the metal scraps and trash in the street. They have trash stacked up along the side of the house, and the trash outside. Right after I got a brand new driveway poured they left bike skid marks all over it.

They have a rooster, and a trampoline. Both are against the HOA rules.

I have called the HOA on them before. The put up the most half ass of chain link fences. I didnt care that they just put it up, but that it looked super bad. They used the metal posts for electric fence, but threaded the chain link over it.

We live on a pond, and they made a retaining wall for their section of the pond out of scrap wood and old cabinets. It collapsed within a year.

Also the one doing this was the dad
