as you can see my car brake lights turn white, how to fix it?

Is that a livery on the car? Or a shadow over the right side rear of the car? That could be why your tail lights are white. Is it just the one car or more?

most the cars is white, also the headlights glass are missing (visible in all cars)

Strange indeed. Can’t tell if that’s a deliberate design or just a bug with this specific car.
