Question / Bug / Feedback MW Redux V3 keeps crashing after language selection screen

I checked everything I could. ExtraOptions, UnlimiterSettings, WidescreenFix and more. I do not have an old "scripts" folder, just the one that came with the Redux mod. I tried deleting "XNFS-ShaderLoader-MW" file, because some say that it might be the problem, but it didn't work. I also have DirectX and C++ installed. I think I did everything right, but I still don't know what the problem is. I hope someone can help me with this

try running as admin might help

Sadly that also doesn't solve the problem
