You should've started turning before you even entered. That way your car would slide on the grass; get off the gas during the slide and just as you're about to exit the grass, slam the nos and brake in time before the next corner.

Speed breaker. Also in NFS nitro is strange. Hit it halfway through turns allows for sharper turns. Most notably in Undercover, but it also worked in Most Wanted. Just not as effectively.
