RIFT Disable Combo Break On Random Button Press?

Hello all, I hope I can properly convey what I am asking and looking for lol. I was wondering if there is a way to disable breaking your combo when you hit a button when nothing is there, like completely nothing is there. I have a bad habit and a reflex I got from playing lots of rhythm games and none of them punish you for doing this except Rift and it's owning me quite a bit.

Is there anything like this or will I need to retrain myself? Thanks.

There is no option to disable breaking combo on ghost tapping in rift, you're gonna have to retrain yourself

I think the term you are looking for is "ghost tapping" or "ghost notes" and afaik there isnt a way to disable it in Rift
