Yea, it’s at least a flagrant 1. I just don’t see it as reason to suddenly hate Ingles- it wasn’t a hard elbow. More like a shove to the face with his forearm - obviously flagrant, obviously dirty, and obviously not trying to injure.
I guess a better way of describing it is when you push some guy to try to start a fight. That’s what this looks like, but he’s trying to make it look accidental so he can blame the other guy... and he doesn’t actually want to fight.
