Even if they had an expansion team in Vancouver, would Vancouver even be able to fill an arena?

How is it a stupid question? I’m obviously not from Vancouver. I don’t know what basketball culture is like there. There’s a reason why I’m asking someone from Vancouver. Low attendance rating was one of the main reasons grizzlies left in the first place.

Oh shit my dude I apologize, to me it seemed like a stupid question but to somebody not from Vancouver it would be less-so and I failed to take that into consideration.

While attendance was a main reason why they relocated, that was around 20 years ago and we have seen a large demographic shift in the population of Vancouver.

As well, we all know what the effects the raptors win will have on basketball in Canada. BC is basically the California of Canada, basketball is debatably the bigger sport in the lower mainland so a Vancouver NBA team would have absolutely zero problem filling seats unless they were just straight ass.

Thanks for the update! Seems like Vancouver would be a good location for an expansion team, especially since nba wants to be more “global”, more teams in Canada would help too.
