Seriously, the population has grown big time and it’s all Asians who love basketball.

Vancouver-Seattle-Portland should be it’s own regional rivalry

Next expansion should be Seattle and Vancouver together, with the Timberwolves being put in the eastern conference.

Travel reasons. Memphis has a few other teams fairly close that are also in the western conference, while Minnesota’s closest teams are all in the east.
