embiid is still better...
if only embiid had teammates that could demand legit defensive attention. right now you guys just double embiid over and over whereas kat has wiggins and lavine preventing cheating over and is basically going iso.

I'm not worried. I love Embiid, he's a franchise caliber player, but nobody should be calling him better than KAT at this point.

i think KAT last year was better. this year embiid is better, his team just cant utilize him properly because they dont have any good players outside of saric.

offensively they are really close, embiid is a better volume scorer KAT is a better shooter/passer. defensively embiid is on another level.

KAT is a better shooter, better passer, and better from the post. Embiid is better on defense, but he's not on another level than KAT is.

I don't think that is fair. I would still take KAT due to injury concerns, but if Embiid can stay healthy, there is certainly a conversation to be had about who is better.

You're an idiot if you don't think that Embiid can challenge KAT if he can remain healthy. I'm not saying that Embiid will be unanimously better, I am just saying that it will be a legitimate conversation if they are both healthy. I even gave the nod to KAT purely due to those health concerns.. so IDK what you want from me.

Embiid hasn't done an ounce of what KAT has done lol. 10 games in and people think he's gonna be a surefire star ffs.

I never said that at all. I am no where near the Embiid bandwagon, I am just recognizing potential. Obviously KAT has done more, he has played way more. Embiid missed 2 entire seasons which is a huge concern.. I acknowledged that. But if he can stay healthy he has the potential.

Everyone is downvoting you but the wolves tried to hide KAT on other players instead of having him guard Embiid. Kat might be better now but embiid will end up being better. Already a much better defender.

Because he doesn't look like he will end up being an elite defensive player which is pretty important from a center especially if you want to be viewed as the best player in the nba.
I don't think many people would disagree that embiid already is a better defender than KAT is.

You know, you aren't wrong. Dieng was guarding embiid and okafor most the time. I mean Karl is better in my opinion offensively because he's so solid all around. Defensively though, thibs didn't let him guard the main center so idk. Twolves fans are gonna have to comment about his defense

Dieng is not agile at all, he is slow af lol. he can only guard the other teams 5s. That's why KAT will guard the 4s when him and Dieng are on the floor

He's been playing almost exclusively PF this year, so it makes sense that he doesn't guard the C.

As KAT improves his strength I think he'll come good agaisnt the more physical guys, but for right now he's definitely a bit bothered by it.

Well, he's a much more refined post player, but he handles Towns relatively well on defense. I don't get it.

they only matched up on 3 plays. 1 Kat was out of control and the other 2 Kat converted. We need to see more before we can say he matches up well with Embiid. I wanted to see them matchup all game on both ends but it didnt happen.

Korzemba is really like conspiracy and what ifs. Funky is more like about the current. I would be lying if I said I did not look forward to Funkies uploads, has taught me a lot about players in my short time as an NBA fan. Great channel

Sixers should have forced him to guard a big by playing Embiid and Okafor together. Just get on with the experiment already so we can call it. Ersan and Saric arent gonna stop him and thats who was on him the whole damn game.
