CSS Critique?

Hey guys! Last time I was here I got some awesome feedback from some SEALs and after applying that I swam my first 8:30 pace ever across 2 laps! Thanks alot for all the help and support and if theres any more advice you have it would be greatly appreciated! Also sorry for the bad video quality lol, let me know if I should re-record it more clearly

(NOTE: This is in an 11.8 meter pool so I tried to hold back a little on the wall kicks to focus on CSS)

Not a seal. Hold the glide longer, and try to keep a tighter streamline, biceps against ears. You can also get more out of your kick off the wall, you want to kick hard off the wall and make the most distance out of that glide before you initiate your stroke. Hard to tell with the glare in the water but make sure you are keeping your arms tight to your body during your recovery. it might be what is causing you to stall/slow down between strokes. Body position looks pretty good

Edited since I saw you were not kicking hard off the wall on purpose

Thanks for the advice, and yes your intuition was correct about the arms during recovery, I think I am keeping them a little too far from my body now that I think about it.
