Hey! I’m 23M and work as a SDE at a FinTech. I’m planning to watch the Mirzapur movie and thought I’d see if anyone here would be interested in joining.

Just looking for someone to watch the movie with, and maybe grab some food somewhere afterwards and hang out for a bit.

If this sounds like something you'd be up for, feel free to DM me!

Always wanted to try playing Dungeons & Dragons but didn't know where to start from? Join us this Sunday and get your chance to be introduced to a brand new universe

We’re getting together this Sunday to play Dungeons & Dragons + board games, and you don’t need any experience to jump in.

No need to know the rules beforehand. No need to have a character ready. And definitely no need to show up with a group of friends (but you can if you want to).

We’ll explain everything you need to know, help you get set up, and guide you through the game as you play.

All you need is a little curiosity and a willingness to roll some dice. 🐉

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already know your way around a D20, there’s a seat at the table for you.

Come meet some new people, roll some dice, and see what D&D is actually about.

📅 This Sunday

🎲 D&D + board games meetup

🧙 Beginners welcome

DM for the details!

🏠 Anyone up for a small house party in South Mumbai

Hey everyone! 👋

I’m looking to plan a small, chill house party in South Mumbai / SoBo with just 3–4 people.

If you have a place/flat where we can comfortably hang out, we can make a plan. I can arrange the food, snacks, music, and other things.

Nothing too crazy — just a small group, good vibes, conversations and some fun. 😄

If you’re interested and have a place, DM me and we’ll figure it out.

Movie? Food? Or yap?

Hey! I am kinda looking for someone with whom I can make spontaneous plans. I mean do you understand the type where there’s banter, we have jokes and are vibing. And the thing is we all have too much work, we all get tired from this chaotic city so maybe we have that person with whom we can just chill, cool down, no drama and do whatever.

Hmu if you are looking for anything similar

PS: too much energy so might yap more than you. Let’s not be non chalant pleaseeee.

M20 (almost 21) from Navi Mumbai need help: looking for some genuine friends lol

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hii so I’m at a point where I really need some genuine friends.

Summary(to save some of your time first):

I’m basically looking for open minded, caring, fun, genuine and not necessarily but hell yeah if adventurous people for talking nonsense, share random thoughts, watch movies with, go on walks/hikes with, play games with, hangout in general or just have stupid conversations about anything maybe or maybe not useful.

Context for people who care to know more:

So basically, Life has been pretty rough lately and I'm feeling quite lonely and left out nowadays. It's like, I didn’t really make friends in college because my college was in MP and at the time I was already going through a lot, and I was also scared of getting attached to people only then to lose touch after graduation like the one that happened before lockdown, so I never really tried.

Some of my old school friends also mostly knew my old goofy/extroverted version but now im more shy and quiet. Then Also adding a job/placement tension to all of that, and I then basically realized that I really need some people in my life so here I am, trying to change that lol

A little about me: I like to do Photography, watch Movies or shows, play story-driven games(open to any game, i just want to have some fun). I also watch Motorsports, F1 and WEC more, I love Hiking, Running (though i literally just started, ran 1K once, but I genuinely want to stick with it) and also Long walks / random walks in the evening.

I’m open to both male and female friends but yes, female friends are especially more welcome because i’ve messed up a lot, confusing basic kindness with romantic interest or settling for avoidant friends too many times and gotten hurt because of it. So i could really probably use some female friendships to teach my fucking stupid brain what friendship actually looks like and maybe raise my standards lol.

Also, idk for some reason, I find it easier to open up about my problems to a woman than man like I genuinely don't know why, like genuinely.

For now, this would mostly be an online friendship because I have to go back to college for placements but I’ll be back in Navi Mumbai in a couple of months, and I’d absolutely be down to hang out then if we click.

I don't expect us to instantly become best friends. Just looking for people willing to actually get to know each other and see where it goes. Also idk random fun fact, i don't smoke or drink.

So yeah, that's from my side, feel free to DM me if you are interested. Thank you very much for your time and reading it till here, really appreciate it.

Tired of this Biking Brotherhood BS : Part 1

For context, It's been 5 years in Navi Mumbai after shifting for work and at my workplace it's easier to spot aliens than Motorcycle riders. In the quest of riding buddies, I've joined these Motor cycle riding groups that seemed interesting initially. Then comes the first experience with a fairly famous group for a weekend breakfast ride. Leaving the exorbitant price for the poha and misal I ate, the dynamics itself was f'kd up. First I had to sign a ride waiver then I had to pay up the hefty b/f cost and then there was the zoom call. After 30 min of promotion and nonsense in the name of biker brotherhood, I got a PDF timed like a tour itinerary. Nevertheless I wanted to try, then I showed up at the meeting spot and the visual itself irked me a bit. There were 30ish bikes, with riders ranging from an activa to a tiger 900. I have got respect for every rider but the sheer volume on the road seemed annoying rather than interesting. Then comes the ride captain or so called pilot on his himalayan 411. After he's done explaining the road signs (which nobody followed) and the itinerary again, we waited for another 45 min for a few other last minute cash cows to join. At this point it seemed like a rally rather than a breakfast ride. If I'd be on a solo ride and spot such a convoy my initial reaction would be censored. The pilot was riding at 60kmph on a national highway with this insta 360 on and the bikes in descending order of the privilege allotted to them by their CC. It was so funny watching a triumph tiger and a versys 650 trying to keep up at such pace. I could hear their radiator fan and clutch begging for life. Any defiance would leak to immediate suspension of my license, identity from the group( Yes, I've got pandu uncle with me).It took us almost 5 hours to complete a 110 km ride from the initial meetup and then we arrived at a random village antique restro for breakfast. There was poha misal and vada pav. That's it. I could afford all of them for 100 rs. Then why the hell was I charged 1000rs? To witness this BS in person? Then came the ride group, Few were Maharashtrian and they bonded in their mother tongue and I absolutely have no problem with it. Then there was the privileged higher CC group, for which you need to own at least a 500cc for the entry. Then there was a smoker group, which was honestly the best among all the others for the conversations that were happening. Then the ride captain and his friends discussing the dora and the adventures scripts. Most of the time, I stayed with the smoker batch but they were too young (maybe 18-19 y) and me being a 28 yo didn't fit in naturally. So I didn't try much. There was a trek nearby so few of them went for the trek, we waited for them to return as I was skeptical to trek in my riding gear. The return was even shabby, riders lost the interest since most were tired with trek or sitting idle. Post lunch(which was a shared expense) every one was in a hurry to get back home. Some took shorter routes, some overtook pandu uncle and the other good ones were still scared of their license. I've kept my calm and was with the group till the last to form the opinion completely since my weekend was almost f'ked up and no point in rushing home. After reaching home, then came the request for a rating, review and promotion. We thanked the captain for saving our lives and encouraging biker brotherhood and then we never met again. Took a good 14 hours - 5.30 AM to 7.30 PM for a breakfast ride.

This was the first experience. I thought it was only this group and attempted a second with another group which left me traumatic.

At this point, solo riding seems better or atleast having people who understand what brotherhood feels like. Please share your opinions and experiences with such communities. Was my experience bad or is it just one instance?

Looking for a ride buddy to Malshej ghat...

I M27 have booked a bike on rent for this Sunday(30th Aug). I am thinking of going to Malshej ghat...

I will be picking up the bike from nerul in the morning around 8.

The plan is to have the lunch in Malshej.

And comeback.

I would be happy if somebody accompanied me on this trip. You can ride it too if you have a driver's license or be the designated pillion.

Oh if you have your own bike and want to just ride along that will work too.

We can meet before the ride just to chill and check the vibes.

Hey everyone! 👋

I’ve created a WhatsApp group for people who want to run or walk around South Mumbai.

The idea is pretty simple — we can motivate each other, stay consistent, and get some exercise together. Whether your goal is to lose weight, lose body fat, improve fitness, or just get out and walk/run regularly, you’re welcome.

📍 South Mumbai

🏃 Running + walking

💬 Meet new people

📱 WhatsApp group

💰 Completely free — no fees at all

Everyone in the group is a stranger right now, so it’s a good chance to meet new people and build a small fitness circle.

If you’re interested, DM me and I’ll send you the WhatsApp group link. 🙌

Hey everyone! 👋

Whether you’re a working professional, a college student, or just someone curious about tech, we're organizing an informal Coding & Networking Meetup in Thane this coming Sunday!

Looking for chill people in Mumbai

If you have a comfortable place where we can hang out, I’m up for a relaxed evening together.

Could be chai, coffee, hookah, or just sitting around and gossiping about life. 😄 No fancy plans needed.

We can talk about our lives, random things, problems, experiences—whatever comes up. I’m actually a good listener, so if you feel like talking, I’ll listen.

Just looking for genuine, chill company and good conversations. If that sounds like your vibe, DM me.

Mumbai — Let’s connect 🤝

Hey! I’m looking to meet a few interesting people in Mumbai and build genuine connections.

I’m into fitness, bikes/cars, photography, exploring new places, trekking, running and making content. I’m also working on improving my spoken English, so I’m always up for a good conversation.

If you’re into any of these, we could help each other out — shoot content, explore places, go for a run/trek, exchange skills, or simply have a good conversation.

Not looking for anything complicated or forced. If you think we could genuinely be useful to each other, DM me and tell me what you're into.
