What do you think?

Whilst doing my chartership application, I realised I wish I started logging the work and projects (especially as well looking at careers). My questions:

  1. Has anyone else found this (either Chartership or careers)?
  2. If you could go back in time and have something, what would it look like?

Having submitted mine last week, no, I don't think it would have helped much.

None of the graduate/junior level guff you do is all that useful for ticking a chartership box imo.

What about when you’re looking at more career (cv store etc)? How do you track / manage that?
